Who we are
Zovara Energy is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website. Our Information Officer is the Chief Executive Officer, reachable at ledain@zovara.energy.
What we collect
When you submit the request form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, organisation, role, the category you select, and any message you write. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, to assess whether to share confidential materials with you, and to keep a record of that correspondence. We process this information on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Who processes it
Form submissions are received through Netlify, our hosting provider, which stores them on our behalf. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deal with your request and any relationship that follows, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent, by writing to ledain@zovara.energy. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
